It’s messy for ANYONE to have pink hair. 6 year olds do not need extensions, dye jobs, highlights or weird hair colors. For that matter, neither do most adults. When i see people that let their kids do that here are two words that come to my mind- trailer and trash.
i reckon its kinda messy
they make wash out dye that will wash out, or that like hair color mascara that washes out in one wash. Also they make barettes with pink hair attached to them, and she could clip a couple in her hair. i dont reckon its messy you have to let kids be kids
Get her some snap on hair pieces. Then they can come off at any time and she subdue gets to have them.
It is the new in thing!! I see tons of small girls with all differant colors in their hair just a new generation!!! My son has a mow hawk and wants to dye it blue!!! He is 5
kinda but she is a small girl and small girls like pink :] … well what color hair does she have?
i reckon u could let her get them but you pick out the shade of pink so it is really close to her nautural hair color ohh and either get clip on ones or ones that wash out so it doesnt hurt her hair
excellent luck!
just get her some clip on hair extensions you dont want to risk ruining her hair at this young of an age. Hot topic just got in a line of hair extensions that clip right in i got some myself and their pink too
here are two pictures of what they look like on me
it might help out a small

Yes and here is my reason why…
Starting your daughter off already trying to alter her body only sets you up, for more complications later in life! If she can have pink hair now, why cant she dye her hair at 10, or have plastic surgery at 18? Teach her to be confindent about what God has given her and that she doenst need to alter it in anyway!…Teach self confidence, and that it doenst matter what other people reckon or are doing its about what is right for your daughter at such a young impressionable age!
Yeah. She’s only 6, and has plenty more time until you should even consider extensions for her.
no as long as it is tastfully done. Its just a hair color. the only thing is see how you have to take care of hair extensions. If she has long hair and a lil pokes out the bottom its cute if her whole head is pink then ya thats not cooll
They make plenty of hairclips for kids to wear and take right off. I wouldnt go as far as an "extension". It was prob just a clip. Im only 22 and i wouldnt let my daughter wear an extension. Maybe once in a while or just at home.
Yea its messy! My mom would never let my 6 year ancient sis have pink hair extentions! Also, do you mean highlites? Cuz extentions are the peices of hair that they sew into your head to make your hair look fuller… Pink extentions or highlites are messy on anyone! I would say no.
No way! That so messy and hideous.
hey why not…..i mean theres not anything incorrect with letting kids be kids…right?? i mean theres this con-air thingy and it comes with all types of colors including pink and it washes off really quick and it doesn’t affect hair…i mean just let her have fun and you’ll wash it off and after u wont even care if she does it or not since u know that it didn’t affect anything but her happiness =] well wait until shes Like 16…WHOA! lol….she’ll be asking for more than small hair colors…so let her have fun just as a small kid and when shes older u can get a small arg!!! lol….BYE hope u know this…(sorry for the paragraph lol
no not messy
maybe expensive
nice hair extensions are exp
if money is not an issue
I don’t know if it is a huge issue
Teach your child the vital equipment in life and they can subdue delight in pink hair extensions. I don’t reckon one thing excludes the other….balance and common sense and reckon about health issues – I mean not to dye the child’s own hair since http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/9702/04/hair.dye/index.html
go to the community beuty store and get the kind where it stays in for like a month so if its cute it will stay longer and if it isnt itll subdue come out eventually but it may also get u 2 like it.
Leave the crazy hair to teenagers who can pull it off. On a small child, it’s just messy.
I know it’s "just "hair and it’s "just" someone’s appearance and you shouldn’t judge on appearances, but this is real life. Everyone makes a judgement based on their first depression. Just the fact that you’re unsure about it physically shows what you reckon of people with crazy colored hair. As a child, their appearance is your responsibility and it will be reflected on you as a parent. I mean, who lets their kids have hair like that? Those thoughts you have about it are other parents will be thinking about you when they see your child with pink hair.
So I guess it’s just a matter of whether you care about what people reckon. Sure, some people won’t care; this is the 21st century. But here are like-minded folks out here who wouldn’t look too fondly on it, like you probably don’t.
