Over time, they get a little oily though. You also have to blend them in well yourself after every wash. don't know what your hair texture is, but as your hair texture changes you'll have to make it blend in with the weave. Pros are you can where them for longer (as opposed to synthetic har). Cons depend on how they are applied. If they are sewed in, your reall hair can be damaged from being in braids for so long.
