It does not take 30 seconds to heat up i waited 20 minutes and the darn thing wont heat up fully… my conair is better than this peice of junk.. do not take note to these reviews on here they are incorrect.. DO NOT BUY THIS EVER its a waste of time and money the darn thing doesnt even tidy hair… egh

I am not pleased (or inactive, or dopey, or etc.) This flat iron tends to overheat and the coating comes off… on my hair! Please!! This thing should be taken off the market, IMHO.

I bought this since my straightener of five being is, well, in need of replacement.
Having small-to-medium length hair, I thought that a smaller size would be perfect.
I bought this particular straightener since it was so highly rated. But I returned it the day after I first turned it on. Why? Since it did not heat up properly. I place it on the highest setting since my hair is thick and hard to tidy, and then promptly forgot about it. When I came back to it half an hour later, it was warm, but not hot. I could upset the terracotta plate with my finger.
Needless to say, back in the box it went and my ancient tired straightener needs to work a bit longer until I can bring myself to try over again.

It was delivered on time.
Its a excellent product at this price. Infact fantastic!!!
doesn’t work so excellent at lower heat settings even if my hair is very thin.
But at a setting of 10, works fantastic for me.
