I was not pleased with the flat iron at all. It was not the right color of a chi iron. Which makes me reckon it is fake. It only worked for a month.

I got the pink chi was I loved the color. Sadly, it does not get as hot as the black chi. Therefore, if you’re looking for a excellent chi, this one would not fit the profile. Just stick with the black chi’s!
