Due to a problem with my take up the product was returned to the store, I send an email to BeautyOne and they send the product back after my take up problem was corrected.
BeautyOne was in friend with me and I appreciate that they worked closely to solve the problem.
I recommend Beauty One and their flat iron, which my wife said is brilliant.

I have very curly, spiral kind of hair and when using a blow dryer or flat-iron in the past, my hair would poof up at the slightest sign of damp. Plus is took forever to do. With this flat-iron, I can tidy my hair in 20 minutes and it stays until I wash it out. I have to do several passes when my hair is wet but if not, all I need is one. And I don’t even set it to the highest temperature. This came recommended by my salon and I can see why. It’s a very excellent regard. I have no complaints.

I am really incompetent when it comes to my hair. I got the CROC Turbo-ion hair straightener on the recommendation of my artist. As usual, I got it through Amazon as I don’t have time to shop at stores. It came in just 3 days. I found it quick and simple to use. It heats up immediately and has turned my wavy, glide away hair into a sleek, straight style that is soft and lasts for several days. I have gotten many compliments from my co-workers. I have recommended it to my friends and have hidden it from my daughter!

Got it for my daughter for Christmas – it was fantastic for 2 weeks then it broke it will not heat all the way up it is stuck on 240 should go to over 400 I am in the process of seeing how to return it to get a new one
